Shipping Coverage

For eligible requests, delivery from hexclad is limited to eligible United States addresses. For eligible requests, we provide free standard shipping for all orders delivered in the United States.

Shipment Visibility

Where applicable, once a package is dispatched, we send tracking information for delivery monitoring. In practical terms, carrier scans, severe weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect estimates.

Processing and Transit

Under this standard, orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. As a service commitment, the expected transportation window is 4–6 business days once dispatch occurs.

Customer Responsibilities

For customer assurance, accurate address information is required; contact support as soon as possible if submitted details need correction. As part of this policy, an order may be cancelled before shipment, but after shipment any return is managed under the Refund Policy.
